DS18B20 Temperature sensor

DS18B20 is a popular and quite precise (+/- 0.5°C) temperature sensor. I prefer the prewired and waterproof version which allows measurements in all kinds of conditions up to ~100°C. There also exists a bare version of the sensor which resembles more of a transistor with three short legs directly connected to a breadboard.
