Jumper Cables

Jumper cables
Jumper cables are used to create circuits on a breadboard. The ones in the picture above are particularly easy to fit into the holes of a breadboard. And they come in different lengths and colors allowing you to create circuits in a logical fashion.
You don’t have to use these cables though. Any cable will do fine and it’s quite easy to cut a cable to length and to remove the insulation from its ends using a wire stripper. You might also want to solder or drill the cable ends so that the stranded wires do not spread when inserted into the breadboard.
